On last date, this Court had passed the following order:- "As per office report, notice to the respondent could not be issued for want of process fee.

Counsel for the applicant seeks some more time to file process fee.

Given above, process fee be filed by 29.04.2023. After doing the needful, fresh notice to the respondent be issued for 12.10.2023. It is clarified that in case, the applicant does not file process by 29.04.2023, Registry to list the matter on 04.05.2023, on which date the application for leave to appeal shall be dismissed for nonprosecution." Case called twice, but none has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant. As such, present application for leave to appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
