(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 15.07.2025 (Annexure P-15) passed by respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad and order dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure P-13) respondent No.3 - Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
