(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to release the amount of sale proceeds for the produce (paddy) sold by the petitioner during the year 2024-25 to the respondents.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternate remedies available under the law. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
