On the last date of hearing, learned State counsel had referred to the written statement and stated that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as in compliance to the order dated 04.11.2022 passed in the case, after completion of the selection process, the result also stands declared on 23.02.2023, a fact which learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to refute.
