(Oral) Applicant-wife, by way of instant transfer application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeks transfer of an application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC, whereby she is seeking setting aside of an ex parte decree of divorce granted by the learned matrimonial court in favour of the respondent-husband. Notice of motion was issued.
Reply on behalf of the respondent, filed in the Court today, is taken on record and copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the applicant.
