Mr. HS Deol, Sr. Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 217 dated 23.08.2024 under Sections 301/303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023 registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.

The petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2024.

Learned State counsel does not dispute that the petitioner has joined investigation in the crime in question and thus there is no reason to dismiss this petition.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the order dated 20.09.2024 passed by this Court granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands confirmed on the terms and conditions mentioned in the order.
