**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Faridabad to Amabala. It is urged before the court that the petitioner is unemployed and is facing financial hardship. It would be difficult for her to defend the proceedings pending at Faridabad.
Respondent remains unrepresented despite service. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 9 of the Act at Faridabad be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Amabla.
