(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Panipat to Fatehabad, It has been urged before the court that some litigation is already pending at Fatehabad. Applicant is a woman and totally dependent on her parents. It will be difficult for her to effectively defend the proceedings at Panipat.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 13 of the Act at Panipat be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Fatehabad.
