H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for custodial interrogation by the local police. In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.10.2019 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
