***** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) Applicant-wife, by way of instant transfer application under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeks transfer of an application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC, whereby she is seeking setting aside of an ex parte decree of divorce granted by the learned matrimonial court in favour of the respondent-husband. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant transfer application, at this stage, with liberty to file fresh one, as and when necessity arises.

Permission is granted.
