Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 18.09.2023, Annexure P-8, whereby recovery of excess payment due to reversion of the petitioner from the post of Plumber to that of Canal Guard has been ordered to be effected. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move an appropriate application in the pending writ petition, CWP No.3196 of 2023, filed by the petitioner impugning the order of reversion, dated 20.01.2023, based upon which the order, dated 18.09.2023, for effecting recovery has been passed.
