(Annexure P-1) and for setting aside all the consequential proceedings on the basis of Compromise dated 16.08.2024.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 23.09.2024, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners even in second round. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are not interested in pursuing the present petition.
