PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. petitioner is seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct the fair investigation in the case FIR No.90 dated 21st of April, 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, 1860 and Section 12 of the Passport Act, 1976, at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala.

Ld. State Counsel who appears on advance notice on instructions from ASI Kamaljit Singh submits that the investigation has already reached to the conclusion and report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. will be filed within four weeks from today.

The aforesaid statement made by State Counsel satisfies counsel for the petitioner.
