Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.210, dated 19.12.2023, under Sections 22/29/61/85 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Garshankar, District Hoshiarpur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court with a direction to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.

Allowed as prayed for. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within ten days from today and applies for regular bail, the competent Court would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
