Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents for granting the similar pay scale to the petitioner from the date of the appointment of other candidates of advertisement No.1 of 2008, from 2012 instead of 05.10.2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide her pending legal notice, dated 09.02.2023 (Annexure P-5), in a specified period.
