This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 28.04.2025 passed in CWP-11581-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that CWP-11581-2025 was disposed off vide order dated 28.04.2025 on the basis of the judgment passed in CWP-23074-2010 titled 'Ram Pal Patwari & Ors. vs. State of Haryana & Anr.', which was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.17367 of 2025 wherein it has been directed that the contempt proceedings shall remain stayed. 3.

In view of thereof, no ground is made out to entertain the present contempt petition, at this stage.

Dismissed at this stage. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
