(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Karnal to Amabala. It is urged before the court that certain litigation is already pending at Karnal. Besides, the applicant has financial constraints and to look after a minor child. Thus, it would be difficult for her to defend the proceedings pending at Karnal.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 13 of the Act at Karnal be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Amabla.
