**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce detenue-Harvinder Kaur daughter of Lakhwinder Singh.

On 14.10.2019, following order was passed by this Court:- "Notice of motion for 21.10.2019.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4-State. A copy of complete paper-book be handed over to learned State counsel during the course of the day.

Respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Police Station Assandh, District Karnal, is directed to visit the house of the private respondents and make enquiry as to whether detenueHarvinder Kaur has been detained there illegally and forcibly by the private respondents. If it is found so, then the detenue be immediately produced before this Court. Otherwise, a report be submitted in this Court.

In view of the above, no further action is required. The petition is disposed of.
