(Oral) Applicant-wife, by way of instant transfer application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeks transfer of a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, ('HM Act' for short), filed by the respondent-husband, from Malerkotla to Gurdaspur.

Notice of motion was issued.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On having been confronted by learned counsel for the respondent that vide order dated 12.4.2013 passed by this Court in AMIT KUMAR 2016.05.16 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

TA No. 234 of 2016 (O&M) TA No. 135 of 2012, whereby transfer application of the present applicant, seeking transfer of a petition under Section 9 of the HM Act from Malerkotla to Gurdaspur, was dismissed, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he was never informed about the abovesaid order dated 12.4.2013 by the applicant. He seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present transfer application. Permission is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
