This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'), for anticipatory bail, in a case arising out of FIR No.65 dated 03.05.2025 Police Station Shri Hargobindpur, District Gurdaspur under Section 115(2), 118(1) & 3(5) of BNS. However it is relevant to note that Section 117(2), 118(2) BNS were invoked later on, vide GD No.12 dated 19.06.2025, 2.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined investigation.

In response to above-mentioned submission, learned State counsel, on the instructions, of ASI Sakkatar Singh has submitted that the VIPIN KUMAR 2025.09.29 22:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order
