(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent No.1 under Sections 37 and 38 of Specific Relief Act, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Mohali to Amritsar. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the civil suit filed by the plaintiff-respondent No.1 has been dismissed for nonprosecution on 19.09.2016. In view of statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
