(Oral) This is a petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Chandigarh to Patiala.

Mr. Sukhdev Kamboj, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has no objection if proceedings under Section 13 of the Act are transferred to a competent court at Patiala. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the proceedings under Section 13 of the Act at Chandigarh be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Patiala.
