Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing orders dated 10.04.2023, Annexure P-17, passed by respondent No.2, whereby petitioner's application for grant of license under Section 10 of Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, has been rejected. 2.
During the pendency of instant writ petition, this Court by order dated 10.10.2023, granted liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh in his individual capacity for grant of license.

Mr. Samarth Sagar, counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, submits that freshly filed application by the petitioner has been considered and rejected vide order dated 06.01.2024, Annexure R-2/1, as the application was incomplete, and the petitioner failed to upload the requisite documents. He has instructions to state that in case the petitioner applies yet again with the necessary documents, the application can be considered again. 4.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Sagar, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will move another application. 5.
In case, another application is filed by the petitioner, the same be decided by respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed of.
