It has been submitted in the status report that as per the report furnished by respondent No.4-Inspector Amolakdeep Singh, Incharge CIA Staff-1, Amritsar, neither the respondents No.4 to 7 nor any other police posted at CIA Staff-1, Amritsar had conducted raid at the residential house of the petitioner either on 17.07.2025 or any other date. Petitioner is neither wanted in any case to CIA Staff-1, Amritsar and nor any application/complaint is pending against the petitioner with CIA Staff-1, Amritsar. CRWP-8610-2025 carried out at CIA Staff-3, Amritsar and in this case the petitioner has been nominated as co-accused vide GD No.57, dated 17.07.2025 and is yet to be arrested. The representation allegedly given by the petitioner is yet to be received in the Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. It has also been submitted that petitioner is habitual offender and is involved in more than 23 cases, detail of which has been mentioned in para No.8 of the status report.
Keeping in view the aforesaid status report, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition. Disposed of accordingly.
