Present petition has been filed by petitioner praying therein to issue appropriate directions to respondent No.1 to initiate proceedings against respondent No.4, on the recommendations of the State Police Complaint Authority (respondent No.2 herein) as also to decide the representation dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P-8) filed by the petitioner. 2.

In brief, learned counsel submitted that respondent No.4, who was investigating the case bearing FIR No.148 dated 24.04.2023 registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 379 IPC at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal, against Baljinder Singh and others, did not discharge his duties in an appropriate manner, inasmuch as he sided with the accused and registered a cross version vide DDR No.21 against the petitioner and others. Allegation is that respondent No.4 proceeded in a totally tainted manner and on account of his partisan behaviour, a complaint was filed to the State Police Complaint Authority on 07.11.2024. The matter was enquired into and after a detailed enquiry, State Police Complaint Authority recommended action against respondent No.4. Copy of the said report is annexed as Annexures P-7 and 7-A.

Grievance of the petitioner is that the senior police officialsrespondent No.3 is not proceeding further in accordance with the recommendations of the State Police Complaint Authority, hence the present petition. It has been further prayed by the petitioner that his representation dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P-8) may be decided expeditiously. 4.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Shweta Nahata, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. 6.

After considering the respective submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P-8), within a period of 2 months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
