Learned counsel submits that he has instructions to withdraw this petition as respondent habitually makes allegations against all and sundry.
Respondent who has appeared in person, made a plea for imposition of costs on the petitioner. She also tried to spoil the decorum of the court. Plea of the respondent for imposition of costs is rejected. In view of statement made by counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
