In the present case, this Court ordered enquiry under Section 52 of the Punjab Cooperative Societies Act, 1961. The enquiry was concluded. Necessary corollary after the enquiry is that the authorities have to resort to Section 54 of the above-said Act.

In view of this, there is no illegality or perversity in the order of the Hon'ble Single Judge. The Punjab Cooperative Societies Rules, 1963 is a complete code and remedies are provided under it. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
