The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant benefits of 3rd ACP scale on completion of twenty four years service, which was due w.e.f. 1.6.2022, with consequential benefits, and leave travel concession (LTC) for the block years 20202023. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the benefit of 3rd ACP scale has been given to the petitioner, and the due amount has been disbursed on 17.11.2023. He further contends that the petitioner's claim for LTC for the block years 2020-2023 has also been sanctioned by the District Elementary Education Officer, Kurukshetra, vide memo dated 22.9.2023, and the bill has been forwarded to the concerned treasury on 28.11.2023; the payment will accordingly be made. He further contends that the revised pensionary benefits on that basis will be released to the petitioner within eight weeks.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
