(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Mohali to Patiala. Learned counsel representing the respondent-husband submits that the petition filed under Section 13 of the Act has been dismissed in default on 25.04.2016. Restoration application is pending. In view of the above, he submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition at this stage with liberty to file fresh in case any cause of action arises.
