***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Even on second call, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Perusal of the paper book reveals that the appeal to have been filed in the year 2019, which was dealt by the Court on 04.08.2023. However, on 04.08.2023, none had made appearance and the case was adjourned for today i.e. 01.09.2023.

As per office report, an intimation has been sent to learned counsel through e-mail. However, despite intimation, learned counsel for the appellants, has not made appearance.

Seemingly, the appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. As such, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
