RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely; Davinder Singh and Babar Singh Khalsa, in case FIR No. 0112 dated 08.08.2019 under Sections 382, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation. In view of the above, orders dated 17.10.2019 and 28.11.2019, passed by this Court are made absolute. Disposed of.
