*** Learned counsel for the appellant states that as per his instructions, the matter has been compromised between the parties but copy of written compromise has not been supplied to him for placing the same on file despite asking his clients several times telephonically. He states that he be permitted to withdraw the present appeal, however, he may get it revived, if need be by moving an application.
Under the circumstance, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for the appellant may move an application for revival of the same, if it is found that no compromise has been reached between the parties.
