Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. A petition under section 13-B of the Act has been filed before the competent court and parties have made their statements in the first motion.

Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and same is dismissed as such.
