(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Gurdaspur to Kapurthala. It is urged before the court that the applicant has two minor children to look after. She is totally dependent upon her parents. Both the counsel agree that the proceedings can be transferred to Hoshiarpur where it would be easier for them to pursue the matter. In view of the consent given by the counsel, it is directed that the proceedings under Section 13 of the Act at Gurdaspur be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Hoshiarpur. The petition is allowed in these terms.
