(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is for issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents to present the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C before the concerned court in case FIR No.98 dated 15.06.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC, 1860, at Police Station City-1 Abohar, District Fazilka. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Jagjit Singh, submits that the report under Section 173 (2) stands presented against Karamjit Kalsi, Gurinder Kalsi and one Preet Kalsi, is absconding in the present case. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Disposed of.
