(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Ferozepur to District Jalandhar. It is urged before the court that the applicant is dependent on her grand parents. Besides, she has no financial support. It would be difficult for her to defend the proceedings pending at Ferozepur. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 9 of the Act at Ferozepur be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at District Jalandhar.
