This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under section 13 of the Act from the court at Sangrur to Kaithal. It is urged before the court that petitioner is facing financial hardship and has three years old female child to look after. It would be difficult for her to defend the proceedings at Sangrur. Respondent remains unrepresented despite service. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act at Sangrur be transferred to a court of coordinate jurisdiction at Kaithal.
