Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that during the pendency of this petition, a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. They have filed a petition under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act before the competent court at Batala. In view of statement made by him, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival thereof in case any cause of action survives.
