(Oral) This is a petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of divorce proceedings initiated by the respondent-husband from the court at Yamuna Nagar to Karnal. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the divorce petition filed by the husband has been withdrawn by him. He placed on record a certified copy of the order dated July 25, 2016, passed by the Additional District Judge, Yamuna Nagar.

In view of the above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
