Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by respondent-husband at Rohtak under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act from Rohtak to Gurgaon.

Respondent remains unrepresented despite service. It has been urged before this court that petitioner has minor child to look after and has financial constraints. It is difficult for her to defend the proceedings at Rohtak.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings pending at Rohtak be transferred to the court of coordinate jurisdiction at Gurgaon.

Allowed in above terms.
