Women Police Station, Charkhi Dadri District Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. After arguing the matter for some time, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
