**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of proceedings initiated by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') from Ambala to Kalka, District Panchkula.

It is urged before the court that applicant is a resident of Kalka and has five year old child to look after. She is totally dependent on her father.

Learned counsel for the respondent has opposed the prayer. He has, however, pointed out that there may not be a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Kalka to decide the petition under Section 13 of the Act. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction that proceedings under Section 13 of the Act pending at Ambala, be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Panchkula.
