(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 10 of Guardian & Ward Act of 1980, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Patiala to Hisar. It is urged before the court that two children are residing with the applicant-wife at Hisar. Three cases are already pending at Hisar. Besides, the jurisdiction of the aforesaid petition is at Hisar as the children are residing there.

Respondent remains unrepresented despite service. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 10 of the Act at Patiala be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Hisar.
