**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that one litigation each at the instance of both of the parties are pending against each other at Ludhiana. However, learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is very difficult for the applicant-wife to pursue both the litigations at Ludhiana because of which she is intending to withdraw her complaint filed under the Domestic Violence Act, pending at Ludhiana.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present transfer application with liberty to the applicant to file fresh one after withdrawing her complaint pending at Ludhiana. Permission is granted.
