C.M.Nos.10229-31-C-2018 RSA No.3599 of 2014 (O&M) -2dated 02.07.2018 has been placed on file. Smt. Indu Mehta, sole legal heir of the deceased-appellant as well as Tarun Mehta are present in court, duly identified by their respective counsels. Tarun Mehta is also representing respondent nos.1and 3, being their attorney holder. Mr. Bhrigu Dutt, Advocate, has filed power of attorney as well as copy of attorney executed by respondents no. l and 3 in favour of respondent no.2. As per power of attorney, executed on 14.05.2018, respondent no.2, who is present in person, has been authorized to enter into a compromise with the opposite party.

Appellant-Smt. Indu Mehta has handed over a demand draft of Rs.13,00,000/- to Sh. Tarun Mehta. Photocopy of the demand draft has been supplied to the court, which is taken on record. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the application is allowed and the Regular Second Appeal No.3599 of 2014 is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Mutual settlement deed dated 02.07.2018, which has been marked as 'C' shall form part of the decree.
