(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Ambala to Panchkula. It is urged before the court that certain litigation is already pending at Panchkula. Besides, the applicant has to look after a minor child. She has no source of income. Thus, it is not possible for the applicant-wife to effectively defend the proceedings at Ambala. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 13 of the Act at Ambala be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Panchkula. The petition is allowed in these terms.
