Delay of 19 days in filing the appeal is condoned. 2.

The plaintiff who brought a suit to claim half share in the property on the basis that it was ancestral failed in his action against the defendant who was the plaintiff's nephew. The two Courts found that there was no presumption that any joint family could possess joint family property and in the absence of proof of joint family property declined for the relief to the plaintiff. I do not think that there is any point made for an intervention in the judgments of the Courts below. 3.

The second appeal is accordingly dismissed.
