RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant transfer application, with liberty to press her application before the learned trial court, seeking setting aside of an ex-parte decree.

Permission is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. However, it is made clear that if after getting the ex-parte decree set aside, necessity arises for seeking transfer of petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, applicant shall be at liberty to approach this court for the said purpose. Disposed of, accordingly.
