The appellants filed suit seeking relief of mandatory injunction to direct Patwari Halqa, Village Bidhal and Tehsildar, Gohana District Sonipat to incorporate the names of plaintiffs/appellants in the revenue record by correcting entries already recorded in the Jamabandi. The suit was dismissed with the observations that remedy is available to the plaintiffs/appellants to approach the revenue authorities. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants may be permitted to approach the revenue authorities as per directions of the Courts below, to seek the relief as claimed in the suit filed by them. As already observed remedy is available with the appellants to approach the revenue authorities to incorporate their names in the revenue record, no such specific permission is required. The appeal filed by the appellants has no merits. Dismissed.
