This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus and for appointing a Warrant Officer with roving writ to search for the detenues, namely Paramjeet Singh and Sandeep Kaur.

In compliance to order dated 07.08.2025, the Warrant Officer has submitted his report. It has been reported that at the time of his visit to the Police Station, Jandiala, the detenues were not found in the police station. However, later on, they turned up and informed that they were called in the police station, on that day, with regard to some inquiry and that later on they were sent back.

In view of the report of the Warrant Officer, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2025.08.13 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Writ Petition No. 8607 of 2025 being infructuous.

In view of above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
